The design of the structure is modeled after an Italian villa.  The most severe obstacles to overcome in this design were responding to an irregular shaped site, while attempting to maximize waterfront usage and vistas.  This obstacle created an opportunity to develop great romantic exterior spaces, giving the home a more estate-like feel. Stucco details coupled with stone cladding create facades that we believe will age beautifully and elegantly, as our focus with this project was to create a residence that was timeless and would remain for years to come.
